Davis Project Solutions is a woman-owned, veteran-owned project management and government contracting firm based in Houston, Texas. The firm was built around a straightforward premise: agencies, prime contractors, and private owners need one accountable party managing scope, schedule, and budget. Not a diffuse group of vendors, each reporting only on their own piece of the work.

Founder Kishell Davis spent more than ten years managing projects and people across two very different institutions: the United States Marine Corps and Wall Street. The Marine Corps measures planning by whether the mission gets done. Wall Street measures it by whether every number survives scrutiny. Davis Project Solutions was built to hold both standards at once.
